Yesterday School For Scandal won at 7/2 but Heerathetrack could only finish a close 5th and War Zone was disappointing

Yesterday was a mixed bag and while we had three winners others ran below what I had expected. Caro Des Flos finished 3rd of 10 at 12/1. Croagh Patrick went off at a backed 6/1 but made mistakes and was pulled up. School For Scandal did enough to win at 7/2. Clean Getaway was a short priced Fav but did at least win at 10/11. Heerathetrack at 8/1 finished only 5th of 12 but was only a neck and a nose off 3rd place. Fantasy Master (a solid £10k Pro horse) won very well at 7/1. War Zone however at 4/1 could only finish poor 6th of 10 and Sunset In Paris also ran poorly and never looked in contention. The longshot was pulled up at 80/1.

Today looks more hopeful and I am expecting several places but hopefully of course we will have winners too.

Yesterday went well enough with two winners from the three. Suitably Surprised battled well to win by a nose at 6/5. Tout Sur Moi at 10/11 could only manage a very well-beaten 2nd place but while also going off at odds-on Clean Getaway just did enough to win at 10/11.  Today the prices are overall better, but all four races are tricky.
